From start to finish Lou has been very professional. The lockdown has meant we wasn’t able to meet pancake but Lou sent weekly update pictures and videos. Pancake is beautiful and gentle natured. My 2 girls adore him! We can’t thank you enough! He’s settled in perfectly xx
