We adopted Pancake a few weeks ago and we are completely obsessed with him. We wanted to say what a wonderful person Louise is and how much she helped throughout the whole period. No question is ever too much trouble and she trained Pancake to perfection. We also wanted to say a big thank you to Sammy who was wonderful at handover. Thank you
